Coaching is a personal commitment to your personal growth and change. As professional coaches, we use primarily, inquiry, reflection, requests and discussions to help our clients identify personal and or relationship goals, develop strategies, relationships and action plans intended to successfully achieve those goals.
We monitor our clients progress towards implementation of their action plans and modify the plans to best suit their needs. We also teach specific insights and skills to empower our clients toward their goals with new focus and direction.
